Fun ESL our world flashcard game
Try this team quiz game using your world theme flashcards.
Put students into small teams. Put the world theme cards around the classroom. Call out a card, e.g. “Find (a lake)!” and one member from each team races to pick up the card. The person who gets the card first takes the card to his team. Then ask that team a question to win a point, for example, “What [hide_on_uk]color[/hide_on_uk][hide_on_us]colour[/hide_on_us] is a lake”, “What can you do on a lake?”, “Have you ever been to a lake?”, “Is there a lake near here?”, etc. The question depends on the students’ level. Continue for all the flashcards to find the winning team.
