Fun ESL camping flashcard game
Try this “Pack your camping bag” game using your camping flashcards.
Put students in small groups and get each group to lay out the camping equipment cards in front of them on the table. Explain that each group are going on a camping trip but they can only bring 5 of the camping items with them. Give students 5 minutes to decide which items they’ll take and their reasons why. Then ask each group to tell the class their camping items and why they chose them. (E.g. “We’ll need a [hide_on_uk]flashlight[/hide_on_uk][hide_on_us]torch[/hide_on_us] to see at night.”)
