Fun ESL clothes flashcard game

Try this “What are you wearing?” game using your clothes flashcards.

Lay out a selection of clothing cards. Ask a student, “What are you wearing?” They pick a card and say, “I’m wearing a (dress).” Then ask them to describe it: “It’s blue / It’s red / It’s long / It’s short.” After a few rounds, split the class into pairs. One student picks a card and describes the item without naming it (“It’s long and dark blue, I wear it when it’s cold”), and their partner guesses the card and says, “You’re wearing a coat!”.
