Fun ESL shopping flashcard game
Try this quick memory game using your shopping flashcards.
Shuffle the cards and place them face down up a table. Give everyone 30 seconds to remember the location of each card. Then turn the cards over so they are face down. Point to a card and ask a student, “What’s this?”. The student says what s/he thinks it is – then turn over the card to find out. If correct, give that card to the student; if incorrect turn the card back over. Keep playing until all the cards have been removed.
