Fun ESL school flashcard game
Try this “Places in my school” game using your school flashcards.
Place the school cards around your classroom. You are going to instruct your students to do things and they have to go to the correct room or place to do them. For example, say to one student, “You want to play the piano”. That student walks over to the music room card, picks it up and says, “I’m in the music room. I’m playing the piano” and mimes playing the piano. Other examples – painting a picture in the art room, creating a PowerPoint slide in the computer room, eating lunch in the dining hall, running on the track, etc.
