Memberships can be purchased at the following costs:
- 1 year (365 days): US$34
- 2 years (730 days): US$58 (=US$29 per year)
- 3 years (1,095 days): US$78 (=US$26 per year)

You’ll need to choose the membership duration (1, 2 or 3 years), complete our simple registration form and make your payment. You’ll then gain instant access to all our resources and materials.
You can renew your membership at any time. If you renew before your membership expires, the new membership time will be added to your existing membership time.

You can view your membership status which shows your registration date and number of days remaining on your Account page. Here is how:
- Log in to the Member’s Area.
- In the top-right side of the page you will see a link called “ACCOUNT”. Click the link.
We do not use a subscription-based membership payment system so you will not be charged again for another membership. You can simply leave your membership to expire.

- Update your account details and click the submit button.
Your login name and password can be automatically sent to you:
- Go to our login page.
- Click the “Lost Your password?” link under the log in form.
- Enter the username or email address you used when creating your account.
- Within a few seconds an email with your login name and password will be sent to your email address.
If you get a message saying that your email address doesn’t exist in our member’s database you must have used a different email address during registration. In the case that you are unable to retrieve your account details, please contact us.

Yes. You can access the member’s area and access materials from any computer or mobile device (Android or iOS) anywhere in the world (as long as you have an Internet connection). You can therefore access the Member’s Area on your device at work and at home, and even whilst traveling.
No, memberships are only for the use of the person who registered for the membership.
The following is NOT allowed:
- You CANNOT share your login name and password with anyone.
- You CANNOT allow others to download materials from the site.
- You CANNOT print or copy any of our materials for other teachers, colleagues or students from other classes.
- You cannot share song or video files to anyone (either the files or copies on CD, etc.). If you students would like to have the songs, please encourage them to purchase a membership.
However, the following is allowed:
- You CAN print and copy flashcards, worksheets, craft sheets, readers and any other printable materials for your own students to use.
- You CAN allow someone else to purchase a membership on your behalf. Then only you is allowed to access the Member’s Area of the site.
- You CAN store any of our materials on your computer (for your own use).

We offer lots of free samples on all of our materials pages which will give you a very good idea of what we have available. For this reason we do not offer free trials.

We have over 40,000 members from all over the world! Name a country and there are bound to be teachers there using our materials to teach English to kids.
Most of our members are ESL teachers, many teaching abroad but quite a few teaching in their home countries. We also have members who are not ESL teachers – kindergarten and primary school teachers, doctors (who use our health flashcards to help little kids explain their illness), social workers, child psychologists, autism carers, parents (who teach English to their kids) and even a university professor!

Registration & payments
Before you purchase a membership you will be asked to a create an account using our registration form where you can choose your username and password.
Before purchasing a membership you will have been asked to a create an account using our registration form. Your registration details are sent to the email address you entered during registration.
If there was a problem during registration, please contact us right away. We will help with your account creation as soon as possible but please allow up to 8 hours (although in reality it is usually much quicker).
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal. There are other forms of payment available for specific countries and regions (such as ‘Alipay’ in China and ‘Multibanco’ in Portugal).
Yes, we do! We accept pretty much every currency. When you go to our payment page, you’ll see the prices in USD$ as well as in your local currency.
You can also select a different currency from the currency switcher at the top of the page.
Yes, our payment system is extremely safe and secure. No transaction takes place on our server – they are handled by our payment processors on secure servers.
Our payment processors have reliable and secure platforms with the highest possible BBB (Better Business Bureau) rankings.
Our payments are one-off payments – we do not use a subscription payment model. This means that we will never automatically take a payment from you.
When your membership expires, you will need to go to our renewal payment page and make another one-off payment to renew your membership.
After your payment details have been received and finalized, our payment processor will return you to our member’s area for full access to all our materials.
Yes! We offer discounts on 2 and 3 year memberships. A 2 year membership is 15% off and a 3 year membership is 24% off.
After you complete your payment, a receipt is automatically sent from our payment processor to the email address you provided the during payment process. It should only take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox after a successful payment.
If you didn’t receive a receipt, please first check your spam folder. Then, if you still cannot locate your receipt, please contact us. Please be sure to include the full name and email address provided during the payment process.
Printable materials
Yes, you can store all image and document files onto your hard drive. However, they can only be for your own use in class. You may make copies for your students to use in class, but you may not make copies for the use of others (including other teachers or other students).

Songs & readers
Downloading and playing our songs is easy!
To download our songs to your computer or device you will first need to log in to the member’s area and then go to the songs page.
To download and play individual songs:
- Choose the song you want to download.
- Click the text “Song download” or “Music only”.
- The song should download onto your computer or device and begin playing. If it doesn’t begin to play, check the download location on your computer and double click the song file.
To download and play full albums:
- Choose the album you want to download and play.
- Click the “Download full album” link.
- Follow the instruction on the download page to download and play the album.
Each song comes with a fun video! You can stream them directly from our site or they can be downloaded onto your computer for offline play by using our desktop app.
Each reader comes with a video of the story! You can stream them directly from our site or they can be downloaded onto your computer for offline play by using our desktop app.
Sorry, we do not allow our audio and video files to be shared to anyone. You may download the songs and reader videos from our website or desktop app for your own use in class (you may not make copies for each of your students). Copying of the files for others or sharing online is strictly prohibited.
PLEASSSSSE do not share our songs or video files. We have invested a lot of time, resources and money to provide these wonderful resources for our members. Giving them away for free will mean we will not be able to receive membership payment fees from others, and that means we will not be able to afford to record more songs and produce other resources. I am sure you will agree that $34 is exceptional value. If anyone asks for a copy, please just direct them to our site to sign up for themselves. THANK YOU!
