  • Windows PCs: this app is will work with all Windows PCs and laptops running Windows 7 and later.
  • Macs: this app is will work with all Mac PCs and laptops running MacOS 10.0 and later.

In order for the app to work you need to make sure your membership is still active. If your membership expires you won’t be able to log into the app. You can renew your membership here.

No, this is strictly forbidden. Doing this may result in your membership being canceled. Please encourage others to purchase their own membership.

Yes! You will need to be online to download the materials you need, but once you have downloaded them you can use them offline.

No, you would have to download and install the app separately.

Yes! You can install of the app on up to three different computers. If you require more, please contact us.

No, you can only log into the app on one computer at a time. You would need to log out of the app first to be able to log in on another computer. If you require multiple app access, please contact us.

Yes! You would need a school membership to have the app open on different computers at the same time. If you require additional app access, please please contact us.
